IIoT University Terms of Service

Confidentiality
By registering for any 4.0 Solutions offerings, you are agreeing to IIoT University confidentiality requirements which is valid for 12 months from the date of registration. Confidential information might include, but not be limited to business plans, methods, practices; customers, personnel; inventions, processes, products, other proprietary rights; or specifications, models, samples, tools, technical information, or other related information. You agree that information shall be deemed confidential regardless of written designation or oral format. All confidential information disclosed under this agreement shall be and remain the property of 4.0 Solutions and nothing contained in this agreement shall be construed as granting or conferring any rights to such confidential information to you. Should confidential information be requested to be returned or destroyed, it must be done so promptly. The techniques shared with you for application to your work environment shall be permittable. If you are unsure what is protected versus permittable, it is your responsibility to inquire. This agreement is governed by the state of Texas. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to constitute an agency, partnership, joint venture, or other similar relationship. The relationship is for educational purposes only. Updates may be made to terms of service without notification. It us up to you to ask for updates.
No refunds. Month to month subscriptions are locked in for 12 months. You may not cancel payments before the 12th payment.
