4.0 Solutions - Terms of Service (TOS)

Welcome to 4.0 Solutions. These Terms of Service (TOS) govern your use of all 4.0 Solutions products and services, including but not limited to:

• IIoT University (Learning Platform & On-Demand Training)
• Subscription-Based Memberships:
• Industry 4.0 Mentorship Program (Monthly & Annual)
• IIoT Pro Membership (Monthly Only, Non-Rejoinable After Cancellation)
• Digital Factory Mastermind (Monthly & Annual)
• Workshops, Bootcamps & Accelerators (Live & Virtual Events, Available for Individual Purchase)
• Consulting Services & Private Training

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our products, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services.

 

1. General Terms (Applies to All 4.0 Solutions Products)

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering, purchasing, or accessing any 4.0 Solutions product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

1.2 Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• All materials, including videos, course content, mentorship recordings, and training materials, are the exclusive property of 4.0 Solutions.
• You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
• Mentorship calls and office hours may not be recorded, shared, or redistributed.

1.3 Payment, Subscription & Auto-Renewal

• All payments must be made in full before access is granted.
• Subscription-based memberships auto-renew each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on the plan) unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions.

1.4 Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No refunds. All purchases are final.
• Canceling a subscription prevents further billing but does not provide a refund for unused time.
• Access to content is revoked immediately upon cancellation.

1.5 Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

• Users must engage respectfully in mentorship calls, office hours, and community discussions.
• Unauthorized sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

1.6 Access & Account Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
• Sharing accounts is not allowed. Access is restricted to the registered user only.

1.7 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• 4.0 Solutions does not guarantee career advancement or business success based on the use of our training programs.
• You assume all risks associated with implementing strategies learned through our training.

1.8 Changes to the Terms of Service

• 4.0 Solutions reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
• Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notification at least 30 days in advance.

 

2. IIoT University (Learning Platform & On-Demand Training)

IIoT University is the central platform for all 4.0 Solutions training materials, courses, and recorded content.

• Students may access training content through a subscription-based membership OR by purchasing individual courses, bootcamps, and workshops.
• All IIoT University content is accessible only while an active subscription is maintained, unless purchased individually.
• Downloading or redistributing content outside the platform is strictly prohibited.

 

3. Subscription-Based Memberships

3.1 Industry 4.0 Mentorship Program (Monthly & Annual Plans)

• Members receive access to live mentorship calls, recorded sessions, and select training content.
• Annual members get full access upfront; monthly members retain access as long as their subscription is active.
• Cancellation revokes all access immediately.

3.2 IIoT Pro Membership (Monthly Only, No Rejoining After Cancellation)

• Cancel anytime, but premium content access is limited based on billing cycles:
• Access to Bootcamps, Accelerators, and Live Workshops is granted on the next billing cycle following the last date of the live event.
• If a user cancels before the next billing cycle, access to premium content is revoked.
• Cancellation of IIoT Pro Membership is FINAL. Once canceled, you may not rejoin.
• Members get full, on-demand access to all video training content on IIoT University while subscribed.

3.3 Digital Factory Mastermind (Monthly & Annual Plans)

• Includes everything in IIoT Pro Membership plus exclusive mastermind calls and leadership training.
• Annual members receive all benefits upfront; monthly members retain access as long as their subscription remains active.
• If a member cancels a monthly subscription, access is revoked immediately.

 

4. Workshops, Bootcamps & Accelerators (Live & Virtual Events, Available for Individual Purchase)

• Registration for live training events is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
• Live event replays are only available to attendees or IIoT Pro members who qualify based on billing cycles.
• Individual workshops and bootcamps can be purchased separately, outside of membership plans.
• No individual resale or distribution of recorded live training events is permitted.

 

5. Monitoring & Compliance

4.0 Solutions reserves the right to monitor user activity to enforce compliance with these Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

• Reviewing access logs for abnormal usage patterns that indicate potential content misuse or unauthorized sharing.
• Restricting access to premium content for users who cancel and attempt to resubscribe for short-term access.
• Suspending or terminating accounts that violate these terms.

 

6. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
• Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
• By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
